The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development fills the Register of all domestic routes

The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development is working to create a register of all domestic routes in Ukraine. This was announced by Deputy Minister Serhiy Derkach during a meeting with representatives of bus stations.

“Today, there are still bus stations that run illegal carriers and do not thoroughly check whether the carriers are running an official regular flight. That is why the Ministry, together with Ukrtransbezpeka, will check carriers. Today, we are filling in the Register of all domestic routes (the Register of all international routes is now open), which can be used to check the route of an international carrier... We will have the same information in the Register of Domestic Transportation, which will include all interregional and intraregional transportation,” said Sergiy Derkach, adding that such a register will allow us to check routes and prevent illegal carriers from entering bus stations.

The Ministry will also implement a Single Ticket and a system that will allow you to buy a ticket online for all types of transportation: international, interregional, intraregional and public transport.

“Public transport is a separate area, and, most likely, a separate system will apply to public transport... However, we ask bus stations to join the initiative and consider options for cooperation,” the deputy minister said.

In addition, the Ministry is working with Ukrzaliznytsia to develop a multimodal ticket. This means that when buying one ticket, it will be possible to use several types of transport, including rail and bus.
