Public Association “International Association of Carriers and Bus Stations” (IACBS or MAPA) — association of all participants in the passenger bus transportation market in Ukraine: carriers, bus stations, authorities, business and international representatives.
Our goal — improvement of the functioning of the bus transportation market with competitive conditions according to European standards.
IACBS provides its members with advisory support, facilitates communication with government bodies and supports joint industry initiatives.

Benefits for coach stations
- Representation and advocacy. MAPA represents the interests of coach stations in relevant ministries, Verkhovna Rada committees, local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Combating illegal transport. Systematic work with every region of Ukraine to reduce the illegal market. As a result, this creates a level playing field in the market and returns passenger flows to official bus stations (included in the List of Bus Stations).
- Participation in the development of legislation. Bus stations, together with the MAPA Public Association, are involved in the development and improvement of the regulatory framework in the field of bus transport.
- Strategic development. Holding strategic sessions, industry forums and professional meetings to formulate development plans, exchange experience and improve operational efficiency.

- Promotion of systemic reforms. MAPA initiates and supports key legislative proposals (in particular regarding compensation for concessionary travel), ensuring transparent funding and fair operating rules.
- Protection against unfair competition. An active stance in combating illegal operators and creating a level playing field in the passenger bus transport market.
- Dialogue with the authorities. Organising meetings with representatives of ministries, relevant committees of the Verkhovna Rada and regulators to resolve industry issues.
