І. GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

1.1. Purpose, principles of activity of GP MAPA

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to regulate the use of information by the Public Union "International Association of Carriers and Bus Stations", hereinafter referred to as GP MAPA, to provide the opportunity to choose how GP MAPA will collect, use and transfer data, as described in this Privacy Policy and the use of cookies.

GP MAPA Privacy Policy is based on the principles of lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal data; purpose limitation; maximum possible data minimization; accurate and up-to-date processing; limitation of personal data storage; confidentiality and security of data storage; accountability and responsibility.

At the same time, GS MAPA will make every effort to ensure data quality, namely: data compliance with the purpose of processing; data accuracy and timely data update; data reliability; data storage period limitation; data security.

1.2. Provisions on GS MAPA

This Privacy Policy, which includes the procedure for using GS MAPA cookies, regulates your use of GS MAPA options, in particular such as "report illegal immigrants" and "complain about the carrier".

This Privacy Policy applies to the official website of GS MAPA #{@hostname}, applications, messages and services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”), including Services on other sites (for example, GS MAPA advertisements and plug-ins.

ІІ. LIST OF DATA PROVIDED TO GS MAPA

2.1. Report an illegal person and complain about the carrier

You provide the data necessary for further processing of the request under the GS MAPA option “report an illegal carrier”, including your email address or phone number, information about your last name, first name, information about the vehicle`s license plate number, photos of the circumstances described in the message, etc.

By creating this message and providing all necessary data and information, the GS MAPA processes them exclusively and only for the purpose of addressing them to the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety (Ukrtransbezpeka) as the central executive body that implements the state policy on land transport safety and whose competence includes considering citizens` appeals on issues related to the activities of Ukrtransbezpeka.”

2.2. Use of cookies

GS MAPA may use automated information processing technologies to process information in some sections of the website. GS MAPA uses cookies to store content and settings, which allows GS MAPA to process standard information that your browser sends to certain websites you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, as well as the site you came from, the pages you visit, and the links you click on within the website. Having such technical information helps GS MAPA improve the use of options.

III. PROCESSING, STORAGE AND USE OF DATA BY GS MAPA

3.1. Posting and uploading data

GS MAPA collects your personal data when you provide, post or upload them while using the options, including when filling out the form "report an illegal carrier. When synchronizing your contacts, other information from any sites, platforms, social networks with GS MAPA options, GS MAPA collects data from relevant sources, indicating information about them.

3.2. Rights of third parties regarding the provision of services

It is possible that GS MAPA will be obliged to share your data if it believes that this is required by law or to protect your rights and ensure your safety, as well as to protect the rights and ensure the safety of GS MAPA or others.

MAPA GS may challenge such requests if it believes that these requests are overly broad, unclear, or lack proper authority. However, MAPA GS is not required by law or the provisions of this Agreement to challenge every request.

IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Obligation to retain data

It is possible that GS MAPA will be obliged to share your data if it believes that this is required by law or to protect your rights and ensure your safety, as well as to protect the rights and ensure the safety of GS MAPA or others.

GS MAPA retains most of your personal data until appropriate actions are taken by a third party based on your notification.

4.2. Change or correction of data

You can change your personal data, description of information, general presentation of content, etc. until the moment of sending the relevant message, in particular, under the option "report illegal carrier"

4.3. Preventing the use of data or limiting the use of data

You can cancel sending a message under the option "report illegal carrier", stop using all or some of your personal data (for example, when GS MAPA does not have a legal right to further use it) or limit the use of it by GS MAPA (for example, if your personal data is inaccurate or if its storage is unlawful).

V. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. Security

GS MAPA monitors and tries to promptly eliminate vulnerabilities and inaccuracies in the security system. GS MAPA implements security measures aimed at the proper processing of received data and information.

GS MAPA regularly checks its systems for vulnerabilities and attacks. However, GS MAPA cannot guarantee the security of all information transmitted by you to GS MAPA. There are no guarantees that data will not be reviewed, disclosed, changed or destroyed due to force majeure, force majeure, etc.

5.2. Other information

GS MAPA and you agree to cooperate on the basis of equality and legality. GS MAPA options are aimed solely at identifying violations in the performance of passenger transportation. Any claims, comments, wishes and suggestions are accepted at the addresses specified in clause 5.3.

This GS MAPA privacy policy comes into force on October 1, 2023. Mutual rights and obligations between you and GS MAPA arise at the moment of your consent to accept this agreement.
