MAPA signed a memorandum of cooperation with JSC «Malopolska Bus Stations» during the IV Forum of Bus Station Managers
MAPA took part in the IV Forum of Bus Station Managers held in Krakow and signed a memorandum of cooperation with Malopolska Bus Stations JSC. Let's take it one by one.
On May 22-23, Krakow, Poland, hosted the IV Forum of Bus Station Managers, which was attended by 19 bus stations from Poland and MAPA. The forum discussed the current state and necessary changes in the functioning of bus stations in Poland, methods of commercialization of the bus station business, safety standards for bus stations in the current geopolitical situation, etc.
A separate panel was devoted to the principles of bus transport in Ukraine, presented by Alyona Veklich, Director of the MAPA Public Union. She spoke about the functioning of the bus market today, what changes have taken place with the support of MAPA and what is planned to be improved in the future. The forum participants also exchanged experiences and best practices.
After that, MAPA signed a memorandum of cooperation with Malopolska Bus Stations JSC (the company manages, cooperates with carriers and provides information services, as well as services for the purchase of travel documents for passengers at bus stations in Krakow and Nowy Sącz). The purpose of the memorandum is to consolidate joint efforts to improve the operation of the bus market and to exchange experience to improve the provision of services at bus stations.
We thank the Polish team and partners for the invitation and the opportunity to share the practice of bus stations (on both sides) and look forward to fruitful cooperation in the future.
